RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


US ORDERS ONLY:

Any item not marked as final sale is eligible for refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery date. We are happy to offer a free return label for orders over $100. Please note that return and exchange cost can only be covered once per order.


For orders under $100, we will provide a return label, but do not cover the cost of shipping. The return label fee will be deducted from your refund. 


A return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be in 100% sellable condition, showing no signs of distress or wear, and in their original packaging. Please get your return in the mail within 14 days of receiving your return label. When preparing your return, please do not attach return labels, postage or any tape directly onto the shoe box.

If your return label has expired / the return has not been mailed back to us in time, the return is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.


If an item comes back in unsellable condition or with improper packaging, we will ship the product back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return guidelines.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For all orders placed outside the US, please contact [email protected] for return instructions. Please note that return labels are not provided by Intentionally Blank and the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any other costs associated with getting your item(s) back to us.


FINAL SALE

Any item purchased at a discount of 30% off or more is considered final sale and is not eligible for refund. 


If you’re in need of a size swap, we are happy to help you with that so long as it’s for the same style you purchased, and your desired size is in stock. 


Please send your request for final sale exchange to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate an exchange for your final sale item.


RETURN PROCESSING

In order for us to ensure each and every return meets our quality standards, we need about 3-5 business days from the date your return is delivered for our team to process your refund. 


We can only issue refunds back to your original form of payment. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the event of a damaged or defective item, please email [email protected] with your order number and accompanying images. Only faults presented within the first six months of purchase will be considered and addressed. Replacements, store credit, or refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. We can only replace or refund items purchased directly through our site or from an Intentionally Blank retail location.
