If you missed the 14-day return window or purchased an item on final sale, we have a new option for you to get some money back and give those IB shoes a new home! We’ve partnered with Loop Returns and Poshmark to make it easy for you to list and sell the unwanted shoes. 

How it works: 

• If you see a "Resell on Poshmark" button during the return flow your product is eligible to sell on Poshmark! 
• You will need to create a Poshmark account if you don’t already have one.
• We will help pre-populate the Poshmark listing so you can save some time and get a headstart on selling.
• Once your item sells, you'll receive an email from Poshmark with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. All you have to do is package the item up and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
• You can withdraw your earnings from Poshmark at any time. As a reminder, Poshmark takes a 20% fee for all orders over $15, and a flat fee of $2.95 for any orders under $15.
