Any item purchased at a discount of 30% off or more is considered final sale and is not eligible for refund.
If you’re in need of a size swap, we are happy to help you with that so long as it’s for the same style you purchased, and your desired size is in stock. Please send your request for final sale exchange to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to accommodate an exchange for your final sale item.
If you missed the 14-day return window or purchased an item on final sale, we have a new option for you to get some money back and give those IB shoes a new home! We’ve partnered with Loop Returns and Poshmark to make it easy for you to list and sell the unwanted shoes.
How it works: If you see a "Resell on Poshmark" button during the return flow your product is eligible to sell on Poshmark!
You will need to create a Poshmark account if you don’t already have one.
We will help pre-populate the Poshmark listing so you can save some time and get a headstart on selling.
Once your item sells, you'll receive an email from Poshmark with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. All you have to do is package the item up and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
You can withdraw your earnings from Poshmark at any time. As a reminder, Poshmark takes a 20% fee for all orders over $15, and a flat fee of $2.95 for any orders under $15.
